How to Make it:Drain the can of salmon. Using a fork, flake the salmon in a bowl. Mix the eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, garlic, dill and lemon juice together. Put a little oil on your hands and form the salmon mixture into either 3 or 4 patties. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Fry the burgers for a few minutes on each side until golden brown and slightly crispy. Remove from fry pan and place patties on a plate lined with a paper towel. Optional: Sprinkle the grilled salmon burger with a tiny bit of Himalayan Pink Salt and serve on a hamburger bun. |
