Ginger: Known for joint and muscle pain relief.
Feverfew: Used for centuries to treat headaches, stomachaches and toothaches. Not advised for pregnant women.

Boswellia: Sourced from the frankincense tree, its resin is used to stave off chemical reactions that cause inflammation, and thus pain.
Cherries: Due to the presence of compounds called anthocyanins, you can count on cherries to tamp down pain. They block inflammation and they inhibit pain enzymes, just like aspirin, naproxen and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatories" according to Dr. M. Nair.
Blueberries: Full of antioxidants, they kill free radicals that may inflame the digestive system.
Grapes: Ohio University study showed grapes brought relief from back pain. This is due to the grapes containing nutrients that increase blood flow to the lower back, which then alleviates pain.
Pineapple: The bromelain in the pineapple is known to east a bloated tummy. It can also improve circulation, decrease inflammation and stop cramps.
